一、接受条款

使用编幕 ClipSub（以下简称"本应用"）即表示您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本服务条款。本条款是您与本应用开发者之间具有法律约束力的协议。

二、服务内容

编幕 ClipSub 是一款移动端语音转文字与字幕编辑工具，为创作者提供录音转录、文本优化及字幕导出等功能。

应用中部分功能可能需要联网以进行模型更新或验证，但默认情况下所有转录与编辑操作均在设备本地完成。

ClipSub is a mobile application that provides speech-to-text transcription, text optimization, and subtitle export tools for creators.

Some features may require an internet connection for updates or verification, but all transcription and editing are processed locally by default.

三、用户账户与使用

1. 本应用当前版本不要求注册账户即可使用。
2. 您需确保上传或录制的音频内容不侵犯他人隐私、版权或其他合法权益。
3. 您不得将本应用用于违法、侵权、诽谤、传播不实信息或其他违反公共秩序的行为。

1. No user account is required for the current version of the App.
2. You must ensure that any audio you record or import does not infringe upon the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.
3. You may not use the App for any unlawful, defamatory, or misleading activities.

四、付费与订阅（如适用）

1. 本应用部分功能可能通过订阅或一次性购买解锁。
2. 所有交易均通过 Apple 的 App Store 进行，开发者不直接处理用户付款信息。
3. 若您取消订阅或退款，请遵循 App Store 的政策。
4. 自动续订机制：订阅将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续订并从您的 Apple ID 账户扣费，除非您提前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。您可随时通过“设置”→“[您的姓名]”→“订阅”管理或取消订阅。

2. All transactions are handled by Apple's App Store; the developer does not directly process payment information.
3. Refunds or cancellations must comply with Apple's refund policy.
4. Auto-Renewal:Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours in advance. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

五、知识产权

1. 本应用及其包含的所有内容、图标、代码与界面设计均由 ClipSub 团队拥有。
2. 未经书面许可，您不得复制、修改、反向工程或用于商业再分发。

1. All intellectual property, including code, design, and content within the App, belongs to the ClipSub Team.
2. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App without prior written consent.

六、用户生成内容

中文：

1. 您在本应用中生成的文字、字幕、音频文件仅存储于本地设备。
2. 我们不会访问、上传或分析您的项目内容，除非您主动分享。

1. All text, subtitles, and audio files generated by you are stored locally on your device.
2. The developer does not access, upload, or analyze your content unless you explicitly choose to share it.

七、免责声明

1. 本应用按"现状"提供，不保证无错误或完全符合您的特定需求。
2. 对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何直接或间接损失，开发者不承担责任。

1. The App is provided "as is," without any warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

八、服务变更与终止

开发者保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务的权利，包括但不限于更新功能、调整定价或终止服务。

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or its services at any time.

九、适用法律与争议解决
